Our first harvest of our home grown lettuce. Yee haa doesn't it look yummy! I was like a little rabbit eating away at it.
I never had the chance to post about it but about a month ago we planted a little garden in the backyard. It's coming a long very nicely, we're very excited.

You are getting to be such a domestic couple. And Heidi, making bread. That does your moms heart good. I'm so proud!!!! Keep up with the garden. They really are worth the work that they are. I can hardly wait for our tomatoes, squashes and beans. Good job.

what fun! I so want a garden but considering I'd have to defend it against rabbits, squrrils and a neighbors cat that are constantly running through our yard, I think I'll stick to the Farmer's market, at least for now! The Lettuce looks delicious!

It looks so good! I'm so proud of you guys. You must be natural gardeners! We are planting so late this year, I'm just hoping they don't burn up and catch fire!!
