About a week and a half ago Sam & I (well Sam, I edited) took the pictures for the tri-stake mormon prom that they do down here. Way fun idea, I'd never heard of an activity like this for the youth in our church. Anyway, they all turned out really nice. Sam and I wanted to show our favorites.
I could quite literally go on & on forever. Some of them were so fun and some had the most beautiful dresses, my favorite dress was probably the girls silver dress, pictured here in black and white with the frame still in color, this picture doesn't do it justice! It took so long to edit and it was hard to make the time to do it but I think it paid off, the pictures all turned out really cute, there was a total of about 50 couples. But most of all, I really enjoyed spending that entire night with Sam while the kids were at home with a babysitter.

wow- they turned out great! I know you guys have worked really hard on these- Hope the stake knows how lucky they were to have you guys do that, and for a song to boot!:}

What a great idea. I have been pushing for a Mom Prom in our ward, but so far it hasn't happened!

the pictures are awesome! Were they all taken outside? I worried about that horrible cultural hall lighting when I heard you were doing this. And you're right -- all the dresses are so cute! It's so nice to see that these girls went to the effort to find modest gowns.
LOVE the picture frame idea - SO fun!
Did you guys bring in the iron backdrops?
GREAT pictures!

Fun! The frames they are holding are so cute! I wish I had been able to have prom pictures that cute when I was in High School. What a neat opportunity. I'm glad to see you getting more into the photography thing--you're both so talented.

Good job, and great experience. They really did turn out great. Sam did a great job and you worked really hard on the edit. We had a Mormon Prom here in our stake. And someone else said their stake had one also. This must be a new program for the youth. Good Idea.

What a fabulous job you guys did! Wow wow wow! How fun, and holy cow those are some HOTT dresses. I just love that first one, very Grecian influenced- so stylish.
And a great idea, too. Smart take I tell ya, smart stake.
